RE: First draft of TAG Blog Entry on Version Identifiers

Note: I disagree with the wording of your proposed Good Practice Note.
As I've said repeatedly, if a processor knows about multiple versions of
a language and an instance contains data that could be valid under
multiple versions, then it is very unclear what language version should
be used.

But, this is your blog entry so you can have your opinion and I can post
my opinion as a comment or a blog entry :-)
