Very sorry -- that archive appears to be deeply broken, you can't get
stable URIs for entries in it, the above currently (will change soon,
I expect) points to something rather offensive, not what I wanted at
all (subject we want is "Open XML Markup Compatibility"), my
apologies, but a classic example of the importance of the "cool URIs
don't change" dictum!
