Mostly these look fine, but I'd rather capture in a bit more detail the 
status of schemeProtocols:

What I said, or hope I said was more along the lines of:

"Noah: although this still seems to me a very important issue, we've had 
real trouble converging on a story or on how to tell it (or maybe everyone 
else has converged and I as editor have been too dense to clearly capture 
that consensus.)  Anyway, I think we agreed some time ago that I would 
give priority to working first on "Least Power" and then "Metadata in 
URI", putting down schemeProtocols at least for now.  So, whether we 
eventually get back to schemeProtocols is an open question, but no 
progress is planned in the short- to medium-term."

I think it's worth recording this detail, so when we look again in a few 
months we'll remember where we left it and why.
