I was considering the free signup to Business Week content. Checking the terms of service at [1] I see: "2. use or attempt to use any "deep-link," "scraper," "robot," "bot," "spider," "data mining," "computer code" or any other automated device, program, tool, algorithm, process or methodology or manual process having similar processes or functionality, to access, acquire, copy, or monitor any portion of BWOL, any data or content found on or accessed through BWOL, or any other BWOL information without prior express written consent of BW;" I suppose these folks haven't been reading TAG findings such as "Deep Linking" in the World Wide Web [2]. So, I guess I won't sign up for their content after all. Quite ironically, I would have a loot harder time helping you find the context for the (fair use) quote above if I had not been able to link directly to the copyright page at [1].
