I started on my action from 8 August...

ACTION: DanC to review definitions of partial understanding, backward
compatible, and forward compatible

I got as far as updating the RDF derived from your UML/violet diagram
 <- http://www.w3.org/2001/tag/2006/ext-vers/

but I didn't get much further than that.

I'm working toward checking my HTML 2/4 compatiblity
scenario with these definitions.
