For those who haven't been following TAG business, that's issue 
metaDataInURI-31 [1] and associated draft finding [2].

Anyway, the sad story is that I think I can give the update here in email, 
saving us time on the call.  I have for the moment blown my commitment to 
have proposed dispositions of the issues raised by Bjoern Hoernman [3,4] 
and Stuart Williams [5].  Hoping to do that this week.  Sorry for the 
delay.  Looks like we have lots of other good stuff to discuss anyway. 
Please accept my apologies.
