Draft Minutes of TAG Telcon, 7 Feb 2005 (with XML Schema WG)

Draft minutes of today's joint TAG/Schema WG meeting are attached.  Please 
review the HTML file. 

For the convenience of anyone who wants to do further work on these, I've 
also attached an edited version of the IRC log, to which I made a number 
of cosmetic changes intended to improve the formatted result.  You can 
regenerate the HTML from the log with:

        perl scribe.perl -trustRRSAgent Feb142005.txt

Note that one of the actions was replaced, and if you don't say 
trustRRSAgent, you get the earlier version.

Anyway, the main point of this is to ask the WG's involved to review the 
draft minutes in the HTML file.  Thank you.
