The webarch draft at http://www.w3.org/2001/tag/2004/webarch-20041021/ represents the editor's best effort to incorporate Noah's suggested improvements for dealing with "octet streams"[1], Roy's comments on those changes[2][3][4], and a small amount of private discussion about the wording of (what was) 2.4.1. This draft is a delta off of the 19 Oct draft. A "diff" version from the 19 Oct draft is avaliable: http://www.w3.org/2001/tag/2004/webarch-20041021/diff-20041019.html Structurally, the most significant change between Noah's draft and this one is that the material Noah put in 2.4.1 has been moved down to 3.2. I believe that this is the direction Roy was suggesting at our telcon. This draft incorporates one change not related to Noah's text: I have deleted the first paragraph of the abstract. Its presence was an editorial oversight, it should have been deleted when I finished drafting the paragraph that replaces it (the one that is the second paragraph in the abstract in the 19 Oct draft). And yes, the experimental PDF[5] is there too.
