Summary of TAG activity from 19 Jan to 13 Feb 2004

Dear www-tag,

This is a summary of the TAG's activity from 19 Jan 2003 (end
date of the previous summary [1]) to 13 Feb 2004.

During this period, Mario Jeckle (Daimler-Chrysler) was elected
by the W3C Membership as the newest TAG participant. Welcome,
Mario!

The TAG held two teleconferences and one extended, distributed
video conference during this period. Summaries of those meetings

1) Architecture Document

  The TAG continues to receive comments about the Last Call
  Architecture Document. The Last Call review period for the
  Architecture Document ends 5 March 2004, at 23:59 ET.

2) Issues

  The TAG accepted one issue during this period:

  The TAG discussed the following issues: rdfmsQnameUriMapping-6,
  whenToUseGet-7, namespaceDocument-8, mixedNamespaceMeaning-13,
  charmodReview-17, qnameAsId-18, contentTypeOverride-24,
  xmlChunk-44

3) Findings

  The TAG published no new findings during this period.

  The TAG continues to work on a number of other draft

4) Communication

  The TAG invited several Internationalization Working Group
  participants to the 26 January teleconference to discuss the
  TAG's Last Call review of the Character Model specification.

5) Upcoming events

  The TAG will meet face-to-face on 2 March during the Technical
  Plenary Week. The TAG is also planning to hold joint meetings
  with a number of other W3C Working Groups to discuss issues of
  common interest.
