SVG 1.1 editorial error: Duplicates in the SVG element's attributes list

Hello www-svg;
I am reporting what I believe is an editorial error in SVG 1.1 Second
Edition: In § 5.1.2 The 'svg' element, the list of attributes contains
duplicate links for the 'x', 'y', 'width', 'height', 'version', and
'baseProfile' attributes. Each is linked twice.
