Info about the retirement of SVG Full 1.2 Specification (Working Draft) from Leônidas Villeneuve on 2023-03-24 (www-svg@w3.org from March 2023)

Hi, I'm doing some historical research on SVG specifications and saw that
the Full 1.2 specification from 2005 was retired, but couldn't find any
docs on w3.org about the reasons why it was retired.

Could someone point me out where can I find such information?
