Authoring tool to be added to the list of SVG implementations

Hi SVG working group,

Just reading your wiki page on SVG implementations <https://www.w3.org/Graphics/SVG/WG/wiki/Implementations>. 

One authoring tool which I think deserves to be included in your list is Boxy SVG <https://boxy-svg.com/>.
