Summary of Resolutions

1. Transforms on the children will be transformed into the parents coordinate system and affect the parents bounding box. Additional resolutions for rotation may follow.
2. shaping and BIDI occurs across tspan boundaries.
3. Text shaping should be harmonized with CSS Text
4. SVG Native requires env()
