     *   https://github.com/w3c/svgwg/issues/420 - Start using URL (instead of URI reference) #420
     *   https://github.com/w3c/svgwg/issues/416 - Clarify relation of isPointInFill and pointer-events #416
     *   https://github.com/w3c/svgwg/issues/389 - Shouldn't getCharNumAtPosition take an argument of type DOMPointReadOnly rather than DOMPoint #389
