this doc http://stevefaulkner.github.io/SVG1.1/ is very limited in scope,
It does not define UA implementation requirements. I created it to provide
rules for conformance checker tools such as http://validator.w3.org/nu/ to
use, to check use of ARIA on SVG 1,1 elements.
