[svg2] new Working Draft of SVG 2 published

The SVG Working Group has published a new Working Draft of SVG 2:

Changes since the previous Working Draft can be found in the Changes 
appendix:

Please read the note in the Status of This Document section that 
mentions the alternate style sheets available that can be used to show 
the stability of particular sections of the specification.

Comments on the draft are welcome, as comments on the Editor's Draft are 
welcome at any time.  Please send them to www-svg@w3.org with "[svg2]" 
in the subject line.
