Roadmap - SVG

Hi,W3C's Members:
i'm a chinese developer of SVG,i care about  the status of SVG 2 so much.
This page http://www.w3.org/Graphics/SVG/WG/wiki/Roadmap‍ shows svg will be A W3C Recommendation on August 2014‍ 


but now ,i just see the Editor's Draft document.
Please answer me,when will be it  A W3C Recommendation by public?‍
