stroke property section cleanup

I've spent a bit of time cleaning up the section that defines the 
stroking properties in painting.html, including adding a couple more 
figures and adding some actual definition of what the different 
stroke-linecap and stroke-linejoin property values mean, rather than 
just referring to an image.

I've also taken a first stab at defining more precisely what the stroke 
shape for an element is:


Feedback on whether this level of detail and kind of writeup is useful, 
whether it's inaccurate, or how its readability could be improved, would 
be appreciated.
