For future reference, the documentation on test creation, naming etc is here http://dev.w3.org/SVG/docs/SVGTestSuite-howto.html The first two parts of the name are the chapter and section (or shortened forms of them) and are used to check against a manifest and to generate spec links. They may in the future be used to make links from the spec to test cases, as well. See http://dev.w3.org/SVG/docs/SVGTestSuite-howto.html#names11 PD> Let us know if we did anything funky :) The test descriptions and pass criteria are all commented out. That means that, in the generated test harness, they are all empty :) I went through and removed the comments (and the [[ ]] which indicate, in the template, that they should be replaced by actual text). I also moved it around a bit so all the description of what is tested was in one place, some of it was written as if the user had to move things, place things etc. I rewrote that to clarify that the test did this . Therefore the operator script (i.e. "what to do to run the test") is now very short as there is nothing to do. PD> coords-trans-10-f.svg PD> coords-trans-11-f.svg PD> coords-trans-12-f.svg PD> coords-trans-13-f.svg PD> coords-trans-14-f.svg These are named correctly. And I marked these as reviewed. PD> coords-transformattr-01-f.svg PD> coords-transformattr-02-f.svg Good call on the naming. That section was missing from the documentation, so I added your name there. Removed comments, shuffled descriptions and marked these as reviewed. PD> painting-control-01-f.svg PD> painting-control-02-f.svg PD> painting-control-03-f.svg PD> painting-control-04-f.svg Again, good call on naming and I added the section name to the documentation. Removed comments, shuffled descriptions and marked these as reviewed. PD> paths-data-closepath-01-f.svg PD> paths-data-general-01-f.svg PD> paths-data-general-02-f.svg We don't have three levels of sections in the naming and I wasn't sure if the scripts would handle it so I renamed these to the next available numbers (17-19). Commented out sections need to be de-commented and descriptive parts of the operator scripts still need to be moved to the description section. I haven't reviewed these tests yet. Its also 02:47 and I have to be up at 6 to get a plane :( so I stopped there. If someone else in the group wants to carry on from here then good, otherwise I will continue on once I have landed. === not checked yet ==== PD> shapes-ellipse-03-f.svg PD> shapes-intro-02-f.svg PD> shapes-line-02-f.svg PD> shapes-rect-04-f.svg PD> shapes-rect-05-f.svg PD> shapes-rect-06-f.svg PD> shapes-rect-07-f.svg PD> struct-svg-01-f.svg PD> struct-use-11-f.svg PD> struct-use-12-f.svg PD> styling-class-01-f.svg PD> styling-css-07-f.svg PD> styling-css-08-f.svg PD> styling-css-09-f.svg PD> styling-pres-03-f.svg PD> styling-pres-04-f.svg PD> styling-pres-05-f.svg === /not checked yet ==== -- Chris Lilley mailto:chris@w3.org Technical Director, Interaction Domain W3C Graphics Activity Lead Co-Chair, W3C Hypertext CG
