More SVG tests for 1.1 2nd edition

Hi, SVG Working Group!

We've submitted an additional 10 test cases for review. As Patrick has mentioned previously, these test cases are part of our continued effort to improve the Test Suite and to help form a clearer understanding of the available interoperable feature set.
