SVG paced animation and complex types

Hi,

animate-elem-53-t.svg is still part of the SVG1.1se test suite. There
were some discussions about paced animations and complex types in the
past:

http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-svg/2009Oct/0051.html

but only the specification of SVG 1.2 tiny mention this problem. Maybe
the paragraph 'SVG paced animation and complex
types' (http://dev.w3.org/SVG/profiles/1.2T/publish/animate.html#complexDistances)
should move into SVG1.1se.
