The link leads to a 404 (Not Found) page. I've tried to retrieve the
intended link (both by directory browsing and direct link edition) in
order to paste it into this reply but my quick set of attempts wasn't
able to. ;-)
In the meantime, I've taken a (very) quick look at the current version
of the SVG 1.1SE specification, specifically the Changes appendix [1]
and noticed a couple of potential glitches:
* In the Text section [2] there's a somehow unexpected "@@ unknown
attribute 'rotation'" containing an also unexpected URI consisting of
"data:,";
* In the Scripting section [3], the "Event" interface (also) contains
an unexpected URI ("data:,").
Please ignore them if they refer to work underway or already known issues. :-)
