Hi, SVG Community- Based on feedback from browser vendors, and following some implementations, the SVG WG is considering changing the way SVG handles the 'overflow' property on the SVG root. This has implications on whether scrollbars would appear for SVGs. Clearly, sometimes this is desirable, but other times it may not be. The SVG WG is seeking author feedback on this issue, before we make a decision. If you are interested in this topic, please read this thread: http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Member/w3c-svg-wg/2008JulSep/0013.html This will affect how browsers handle SVG 1.1 content, so please do let us know if this impacts you (positively or negatively). Regards- -Doug Schepers W3C Team Contact, SVG and WebApps WGs
