You can tack it here: http://www.w3.org/Graphics/SVG/WG/track/issues/2061 At the very least, having links or an overview that points between those interfaces would be nice. I don't know the reason for them being separate, so I don't know if they can be merged; we will look at that. (I'm all for simplifying where we can.)
