Last Call Comments for SVG 1.2 Tiny

Hi, SVG Commentors-

Just as a reminder, we ask that you use the prefix "[1.2T-LC]" for all
Last Call comments; in practice, since we read every comment, this
shouldn't pose an immediate problem, but it will be harder to find in
the long run. Also, we chose this prefix for its brevity, to keep
subject lines short.

On that subject, please use short comments as your subject lines, since
longer ones may cause problems in some email clients, and are harder to
read anyway. We will be adding Tracker keywords to the subject lines to
help automatically track issues and actions that come out of comments,
so we appreciate short subjects.

Regarding crossposting Last Call comments to multiple lists, I think
this is not very good practice. I do understand the motivation, to keep
people informed about issues and replies. However, it causes a few
problems:

* Someone who is not subscribed to www-svg may comment to the other
list, and their comment will not be seen by the SVG WG.

* Someone who is subscribed to www-svg but not the other list (e.g.,
www-style) will get a bounce on posts to that other list.

* It increases overall traffic.

* The Tracker for that other list will mistake SVG issues and actions as
belonging to that WG's Tracker. Chaos ensues, and when you are looking
at issues from this period a year from now, you will get confused as to
what Chinese text in SVG has to do with margins. :)

I suggest instead that if you feel an issue is important to another
list, you BCC that list rather than using TO or CC.

Our tracker is publicly visible, so you can always track the progress of
all issues:
