The RelaxNG schema and the attribute appendix was in conflict with the definition of the 'font-variant' property in the text chapter, for whether it was animatable or not. The group sees no reason for this being restricted for mobile user agents, and since it's in conflict with other parts of the spec as well as with SVG 1.1 this has now been fixed (see the font-variant property[1]).
