W3C's SVG Homepage: small issues

Hi everyone! :-)

Few small issues found on the W3C's SVG public portal [1]...

1. SVG Roadmap
The SVG Roadmap [2] was (somehow) recently updated (Anthony and Doug
pointed it out during the SVG Open - thanks!). Nevertheless, the
previous URI [3] is still available and refers a permanent relocation
(which seems a good idea), but to self [3]! I'd suggest keeping the
relocation page, but to the updated roadmap [2].

2. SVG Membership
The top navigation menu shown in the portal [1] also contains a
"Members/Authors" which leads to a "SVG membership" page [4]. This
seems to be an out dated version of the page (at least two "query
failed" messages are visible), so I'd suggest placing a permanent
relocation linking to which seems to be its new version [5].

3. Navigation menus
Generally, these issues seem to be caused by maintaining two menus (at
the top, which seems to be the most out dated, and at the right, which
seems to be the trustful one), so I'd suggest removing the whole top
menu, migrating any possible useful links (apparently only the "SVG
1.2 (draft)" isn't yet in the right menu).

Hope this helps,

 Helder Magalhães
