As I pointed out before, they had very little success as designers 
disabled them as soon as they had the tools to do so.  The rejection of 
link styling for images is even more extreme.  One almost never sees 
blue borders on images.

RFC1855 says there should be an address here, but, in a world of spam,
that is no longer good advice, as archive address hiding may not work.
