Hello,
I would like to have some help in the correct
interpretation of the animation of 'xlink:href'
for the elements audio and video.
I think, this is only a minor issue just for
understanding, how to use it.
The attribute 'xlink:href' is specified to be
animatable.
Well.
The attribute 'type' is not.
What is expected from authors:
1. Not to use different types in the animation?
2. If different types are used, not to give a
hint with the type attribute for any of them?
3. To give a list of the used types as a value
of the type attribute? If - how? Comma or
space separated?
I think it is not specified in SMIL or did anyone
find it somewhere? Isn't it a task for SVG, because
it specifies, that type is not animatable? Maybe
this is only constrained for the tiny profile to
get it easier to implement?
