Hello, I noticed two things in the text rotate description in the current CR section 10.4. 1. It is noted: 'A comma- or space-separated list of <number>s must be provided provided.' - one 'provided' to much... 2. I think, it is not a good idea to change the behaviour of rotate now in SVG Tiny 1.2, even if the behaviour described in SVG Tiny 1.2 would have been more useful for authors if it would have been already specified in this way in SVG 1.0/1.1. What authors will get now is something unpredictable - some viewers will show the behaviour of 1.0/1.1, some of 1.2 and I think there will be not many viewers looking on the version numbering to display it on way for 1.0/1.1 and in another for 1.2. For authors this simply means, that the short form for rotate with less numbers as glyphs will remain unusable for another five or ten years. Best wishes
