Re: SVG12: binding-specific discussion in A.2.10

Hi Björn,
We cannot move it to the java binding chapter because the bindings are generated from the IDL and we can't add language specific prose to the IDL. Therefore wee keep this section in the udom chapter.

This does not really satisfy me, I asked it to be moved to the section
that defines the relevant language binding(s) and you neglected to say
why that would not be appropriate here.
