Dear Scalable Vector Graphics Working Group,
 
  http://www.w3.org/TR/2005/WD-SVGMobile12-20050413/refs.html includes a
normative reference to JSR 226 but the draft is unclear which details of
JSR 226 need to be understood for the purposes of the specification.
Please either make this reference informative or change the draft such
that it is clear why it is normative.
