Dear Scalable Vector Graphics Working Group,
 
  http://www.w3.org/TR/2005/WD-SVGMobile12-20050413/svgudom.html has
several "symbolic" references like "[link to definitions section 1.5]".
This is hardly proper use of XHTML and, worse, section 1.5 does not
actually contain the information that seems to be referred to. Please
change the draft such that there are no such "symbolic" references.
