11.11 Document specified rendering hints seem like a bad idea and should be removed from the specification. Content developers will likely misuse them and implementations will end up ignoring them. Rendering quality settings should be the choice of the user, and set by them in their SVG viewer. 11.14.1 Specification doesn't state how solid-opacity combines or not with fill-opacity/stroke-opacity. 11.16.3 Specification doesn't state how stop-opacity combines or not with fill-opacity/stroke-opacity.
