2.1.2 "SVG gives control.. low quality vector implementations." Not sure what point this sentence is trying to get across. 2.1.6 s/UDOM/uDOM/ 2.2.2 Vague and flowery language for a paragraph that essentially just needs to say that SVG documents can refer to SVG fragments both internal and external through various methods. 2.2.3 This paragraph wants to say that SVG provides a way of specifying a font within SVG, but somehow manages to avoid saying it. 2.3 Embedding by reference: <embed>, while not part of the HTML specification, is widely used and should be mentioned.
