This is irrelevant; as SVG Tiny 1.2 attempts to propose that Tiny 1.2
implementations attempt to render some bits of SVG Full 1.2+ content
(ignoring all content they don't understand, throwing script errors,
etc.) this is a matter of how they process fully conforming SVG Full
1.1+ content.
