Dear Scalable Vector Graphics Working Group, From http://www.w3.org/TR/2004/WD-SVG12-20041027/schema.html it seems that the draft schema makes quite insufficient use of patterns to define the lexical space of various attributes; in fact, only one datatype has an associated pattern or other constraint beyond the basic datatype. It is important for proper use of the schema in a SVG Validator that the schema allows finding as many errors as possible; please change the draft schemas such that they match the specification as much as possible (without making it exceedingly complex). regards. -- Björn Höhrmann · mailto:bjoern@hoehrmann.de · http://bjoern.hoehrmann.de Weinh.
