Dear Scalable Vector Graphics Working Group, From http://www.w3.org/TR/2005/WD-SVGMobile12-20050413/svgudom.html it seems that for many "traits" that refer to properties like vector- effect, viewport-fill-opacity, viewport-fill, solid-opacity, etc. it is not possible to set the "inherit" value which is inconsistent with similar traits.
