Dear Scalable Vector Graphics Working Group, http://www.w3.org/TR/2005/WD-SVGMobile12-20050413/svgudom.html is very confused about event handling in moveFocus and setFocus, these state for example that events must be created. It's not possible to test whether implementations internally create some events, perhaps the text meant to say that these must be dispatched?
