Dear Scalable Vector Graphics Working Group, http://www.w3.org/TR/2005/WD-SVGMobile12-20050413/svgudom.html appendix A.7.11 states that SVGLocatableElement is not implemented by tspan, textArea, etc. even though these elements have a "physical location on the screen", please either change the draft such that all elements that have such a location implement the interface or such that the elements that must not implement this interface are clearly identified.
