Dear Scalable Vector Graphics Working Group, http://www.w3.org/TR/2004/WD-SVG12-20041027/text.html section 6.2 claims an { "http://www.w3.org/2001/xml-events", "selection" } event though there does not seem to be evidence of such an event. There is a { "http://www.w3.org/2001/xml-events", "select" } event and the event list http://www.w3.org/TR/2004/WD-SVG12-20041027/eventlist.html lists a { "http://www.w3.org/2000/svg", "selection" } event but it is not defined anywhere. Please change the draft such that only defined events are referred to. The interface SVGDOMRange inherits from a range::Range interface; it is not clear what this might be; please change the draft such that it is clear what range::Range refers to. If it refers to the Range interface defined in DOM Level 2 Traversal and Range then it is not clear whether and how SVG 1.2 implementations must conform to that specification; please change the draft such that its relationship to DOM Level 2 Traversal and Range is clearly defined. regards. -- Björn Höhrmann · mailto:bjoern@hoehrmann.de · http://bjoern.hoehrmann.de Weinh.
