I tentatively like to suggest that drag-n-drop should be available via 
the keyboard.
http://www.schepers.cc/BAM/DragAndDrop.svg doesn't work for me using 
mousekeys in win'98 and clicking.

It's quite possible that I just don't know how this operation should be 
performed, or that this isn't a good example for some reason.
or does it work on another OS? If so please let me know.
