Dear SVG Working Group, I wanted to do a full review of SVG 1.2 [1], but I have limited my analysis to the 9 ***simple*** mandatory requirements of Specification Guidelines. It's one of the worse specifications it has been given me to read for a while. The prose is certainly interesting and gives maybe wonderful capabilities to the new SVG, but the articulation of everything which is given in the specification is not existent at all. Please do modify your document. Even simple rules of Manual of style are not enforced. I'm very sorry to sound so negative, but the document is indeed very bad. Specifically when I was used to a production which had in the past a very high level of quality. I'm ready to spend a bit of time to explain the points I have made in the review. If you wish I sent to the mailing-list each individual issues in separate mails. I'm willing to do that to help you to keep record of issues.
