Probably because of that the ICC specification is the fifth hit on Google for ISO8601 It should probably go to http://www.w3.org/TR/NOTE-datetime which is, happily, the first Google hit on ISO8601 DS> If this is indeed in error, this should be corrected in the newest draft of DS> SVG.
