Hello everyone,

The SVG Working Group are pleased to announce the
second working draft of SVG Mobile 1.2 (25 March 2004)

SVG Mobile 1.2 is the update to SVG Mobile 1.1 with
the SVG 1.2 features. SVG Tiny 1.2 in particular has
had a lot of attention in this round.

Changes include:

- the new microDOM (or DOM subset) enabling scripting
  on SVG Tiny
- some improvements to multimedia (streaming, audio,
  synchronisation)
- non-scaling strokes (stroke width remains constant under
  zoom)
- constrained transformations (allowing object to be fixed
  in the viewport under zoom and pan)
- fill and stroke opacity
