Then you favor a new profile, or perhaps specification, that targets more
complex GUI element definition? The only thing I see in the SVG Requirements
is for the group to coordinate with XForms:
3. Forms 
	1. SVG should coordinate with the XForms Working Group. [SVG 2.0] 

GUI design is beyond the scope of SVG.
