SVG Tiny Competition - Update

Hello folks,

I am pleased to announce two modifications to the SVG Tiny
Competition.

Firstly, in addition to the Nokia 3650, the prize now includes the
BitFlash SVG Tiny viewer, compiled for installation on the 3650, and a
copy of the recently released Beatware e-Picture Pro 4.0 Mobile SVG
authoring software for Windows. This includes a Windows binary of the
BitFlash SVG Tiny viewer.

So you have everything needed to design, preview, and then view your
further SVG Mobile creations.

Secondly, in view of this, the closing date has been extended from 3
November to 24 November.
