(Sorry for asking twice, but need an answer on this one)

Is SVGLocatable::getScreenCTM affected by the outer SVG elements
currentTranslate and currentScale?

And also,

are currentTranslate and currentScale only applicable to the outer svg
element and ignored on inner svg elements?
