Hi,

the DOM additions seem perfectly justified, only two points which are more
questions than actual suggestions:

   - should there be a converse to getImageDocument(), ie something for script in
an embedded image to access its containing document?

   - should SVGWindow have a "readonly attribute SVGWindow parent" pointing to
the enclosing SVGWindow/EcmaScript context if there is one (it would be null if
we are at the top level)?

It may be that those two aspects are in fact tied together.
