Hi Ori, You can use the XSLT language and create a style sheet that transforms XML to SVG. You can include all your parameters in the input XML file, and then apply the style sheet to this file to generate the wanted SVG file. Generating SVG content according to the client capabilities and preferences (using CC/PP) is one of my research interests.
